  • Over the years, we have found that traditional day-of wedding coordination often fails to fully meet a couple’s needs. Planning a wedding involves unique logistics that cannot be managed in just one day or a few days before the event.

    Our Wedding Management package is a three-month option designed to start when you need it most. This allows us to carefully coordinate all the details of your wedding, including RSVPs, seating charts, day-of stationery, and vendor communication. With our experienced team handling the logistics leading up to and on your wedding day, you can relax and fully enjoy your wedding while knowing every detail is taken care of.

  • We accept wedding and event bookings for both the current year and part of the next. Because we only take a limited number of weddings each weekend in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos, and select areas of Colorado and Texas, we recommend reserving your date as early as possible. Booking in advance ensures we can hold your preferred date and provide personalized planning and coordination for your special day.

    Darling Details provides a thoughtfully curated selection of vintage and one-of-a-kind specialty decor, including:

    • Backdrops and arches

    • Upholstered furniture and styled lounge areas

    • Farm tables and dining seating

    • Tabletop accessories, including glassware, plates, chargers, flatware, and candle holders

    • Custom hand-lettered signage and name cards

  • During wedding “off season” our office hours are Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm, and Friday, ~9am-2pm.

    During Wedding Season we have Friday - Sunday reserved for events and event preparation.

    To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable 35% retainer. Everything is handled electronically, making it easy for you to review and sign your contract and pay your deposit securely online.
